How I can open a center of self-esteem of girls and adult women?

I am a 24yr old is interested in starting a program Teen Community. I want this program to meet their self-esteem (how they see themseleves). I would like to find a way to help them deal with emotional stress, negative body image, violence, eating disorders, and suicidal thoughts.

It is a very sweet idea. I think many girls can use to help but I'm not sure how you can. Sorry.
